Nice guide to launching a zine collection in a library. Focuses on public libraries, but a decent how-to nonetheless.
It only took a couple of pages to realize that I had read it before (must have been for an American Humanities class at BYU). The characters are interesting and unforgettable. Personally, I love Lee Chong and the descriptions of his store. He was one smart fortune cookie.
God I love this book--the audio cd is even better.
