“Each affects the other, and the other affects the next, and the world is full of stories, but the stories are all one.” The five people you meet in heaven is a story about a man called Eddie who is a maintenance worker in an amusement park. On his 83rd birthday, Eddie dies in an accident trying to save a little girl. He finds himself in heaven where he meets five people he has come across once, many times or people he has never met before, but the people who have changed his life forever. Every person teaches him a lesson and show how he affected the world. This book makes you think what would the world be like if you weren’t born, something similar as the film It’s a wonderful life does. It makes you think how have we impacted someone’s life or how we will in the future. It also shows you how we are all connected, all our actions and everything we do affects someone and change their life. If you think more about it, it’s true. I find this book to be very inspirational and eye-opening.
