I really enjoyed this book.
** spoiler alert ** i'm really a sucker for a decent series, especially these supernatural themed ones, but this one is something else.... half way through, you suddenly realize how much this book resembles a cult. i can understand a witchcraft book with all the magical references and situations, but really vampires worshiping goddesses and characters from ancient greek mythology....its something else. for a teen book, there was a lot of sexual references too. i will say this though, it is an interesting writing style. you get a perspective from Zoey, then half the book is in parentheses with what she is thinking, my guess is that its because it can relate this character to the target audience which i'm guessing is 15-16 year olds. i'm gonnna read the rest of the series but i'm expecting to really only see growth in Zoey and not so much in the rest of the characters.
