Fantastik! Harika karakterler 1960'ların Mississippi'sindeki bu zorlu ırk klişeleri hikayesini dolduruyor. Kendilerini buldukları durumlara gülüp ağlayacaksınız ve mücadeleleriyle nasıl yüzleştikleri konusundaki cesarete hayran kalacaksınız.

Historical fiction/mystery featuring Elizabeth I as the sleuth. Interesting historical information but you need to be familiar with the time period to understand who all the characters are in relationship to Elizabeth.

I love this book. I read this book because tom felton (the actor who plays draco malfoy) played a tiny part in the movie version. Yes, I know what a lousy reason to read a book. I love children's book.

A great exercise for thinking players, but likely to make me think way too much for the stakes at which I can afford to play. It tests and reinforces the ideas of the first two volumes nicely, and Harrington is patient and articulate in describing his logic at every juncture. The only real criticism I have is the definitiveness he gives to some of the plays. In many cases, of course, there is no right answer, or multiple right answers, and not all of his assumptions and observations are clear from the initial problem descriptions. For what it's worth, I scored a 368/591, meaning that I'm "A player with a solid base of skills to build upon." Translation: shark bait.

There was just something about this book that made it seem more like a chore to read than it should have been. Maybe I just don't enjoy his tone, I am not sure. There were many, many aspects that I really loved the idea of, and the primary characters were excellent, and yet there was still something that made it just not quite connect. I wish I liked it more than I actually did. Amazing content and characters, but a definite lack of something for my tastes, disappointing.

This overly concise book made me, the introductory vision student, miserable for a whole summer.

Really good book.

Real life murder mystery that takes place in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Written by the victims best friend. If you are a runner, you may enjoy this. However, it is written by the friend of the victim....not a professional author, so there are times where the story is hard to follow. She repeats herself a bit. But, as a whole it was a fascinating story with roots back here in Rapids! The victim was a grad of LHS!
