Julie James is high on my list of authors I recommend and her latest novel A Lot Like Love is an excellent example of why I love her writing. With engaging characters you can't help but love and a story line with legs you find yourself going through emotions and pages faster than you expect or realize. A Lot Like Love left me wanting more and I am eagerly waiting for the story promised at the end of this one.

An interesting story about people in a high-class apartment building in NYC. It seems strange to someone in CA to spend so much money on an apartment with shared walls, someone above you and/or below you.
Excellent imagination.
It’s a good thing this only took me a few hours to read. After reading good to great, which was based on evidence, the Tao of Coaching was annoying to read. There was no data, no facts, just one persons opinion. Even the examples weren’t real and the conversations really sounded forced. It almost turned me off to the whole idea of coaching, but I still think it's important to build the capacity of my team, so I'll try to use some of what I read.
