I enjoyed this a lot. It bordered on just a bit too sappy near the last third of the book but I think the humor and commentary made up for it. Their insight on the world and life in general was just too true. They each fumbled their way through their 20s/30s in totally different ways but both equally lost. Heartbreaking and makes me want to ensure I communicate what I'm feeling and not push people I love away.
interesting account of a few years deep in the depths of a "revolutionary" software project...
You rarely see a sequel that is equally good as the first book, but this one has it all: laugh out loud moments, complicated, lovable characters, and stories you can't wait to retell. The Newberry was meant for both books, I think. I was worried Peck wouldn't be able to recapture the magic, but he did!
