And interesting book, but went a little over the top with praise. Google has achieved a lot and totally changed the web, but it's come a long way since the "Don't be Evil" days and is now just another computer company like Microsoft, Apple and IBM. The Google management approach especially does not seem to have worked particularily well once the company continued expanding and the more traditional approaches of other companies seem to be more productive.
