I liked this book. It's relatively short, to the point, and addresses typical mistakes made in business writing. For example, the section 'Correctness' in Chapter 3 outlines some of the most common grammar and spelling misstakes, such as effect/affect, cite/site/sight, discreet/discrete, and insure/ensure/assure (a personal pet peeve) among others. Additionally, the author provides a number of real-world examples, illustrating changes in tone, style and content depending on audience or purpose.
