If I could adequately write a review about how much I think about this author, I'd be a writer! She really knows how to pull you into a story and keep your interest...so much so that I'm sure I will read her other book soon! Still Missing will not be forgotten. Some parts were difficult to read and brought every woman's fears to surface. The very last sentence was a real surprise and made me cover my open mouth and hold my breath for a brief second. A very good, fast page-turner.
Good story and easy to read. Not as much depth as the Laurell K. Hamilton werewolfs or the Patricia Briggs ones...but those will forever be the measuring stick by which I read other urban fantasies.
For my money, one of the great classic modern fairy tales. Creepy enough for children to enjoy, short enough to not be a chore to read, it manages to be different as well as hitting classic fairy tale tropes.
