Just loved this book. I enjoyed reading every single page. The fact that is historical fiction it makes it one of the best books I have read about Latin American history. Wonderful book that made me want to know more about Dominican Republic history and specially the dictatorship era.
Pretty good book. It is the follow up to The Notebook, but is not quite as good in my opinion. It was worth the read, though.
