If you're interested in Caeser and his life and times, you should enjoy this book. If you're wanting a resource for him and his times, I'd pass this book by. This book is done in a graphic novel style so it looks like a comic book. I didn't care for the illustration style but that's just my personal observation. I just didn't care for the way his life was storied, but I guess that's my problem, not the general public.
I often wish there was a 1/2 in the star option, so this could be 3 1/2 stars. Enjoyable book. Pro-Richard III, but not rabidly so. For 5 star, pro-Ricardian, sheer Wars of the Roses rabid bliss, nothing ever beats Sharon Kay Penman's 'The Sunne in Splendour'. But this was unique in that it focused more on Richard & Anne Neville's childhood together at Middleham Castle - a very atmospheric ruin on the Yorkshire Moors even today.
