I have heard this book described as the Bible of polyamoury, and I second that description. I found it an accessable, delightful, respectful account of the wonders and challenges of a polyamorous lifestyle. Want to know more about how these kinds of relationships can work, or thinking about exploring one yourself? Please read this book. I value what it has to say about how to handle/change our perception of jealousy, as well as their recommendations on improving our emotional communication skills. I found that advice relevant to relationships that aren't considered polyamorous as well. The authors write about their friends who live in a kind of supportive community of relationships constantly shifting (between friends, lovers, and steady partners) but always loving. Utopia. Beautiful.
A short read that is packed with goodness. Red this for my English class, well, if anything this book reminds me to never give up despite the unfavorable circumstances that I might face in life. What intrigued me most about the book is how Hemingway was able to set the tone of the book in terms of diction and alliteration to be parallel to the event happening on the book. Like, when the sea is calm the "s" alliteration and etc. Anyhow, if you haven't read it, read it because 1) it won't take that much of your time 2) it's worth it
