Love love love love love.
This is a quick read and the relationship side of things is fairly by-the-numbers (and I am talking about all the relationships in the book). However, writing a review is proving to be rather difficult! The book did what it set out to do, I think. To provide the voice of a teenager for other teenagers who are interested, have questions and/or are struggling with any of these issues. That could be why the story behind it is so obvious and familiar. It's easy to forget how insular childhood can be. It doesn't have - or claim to have - all the answers. Thank God! What it does do is ask a lot of pertinent questions and show a myriad of viewpoints. I liked the book, and I thought that Pablo/Paul was a really good protagonist. He was flawed but ultimately very likeable. I really liked all of the characters in this.
