The only book I have no intention of finishing (having read a bit more than half). This bored me to tears. I conceded defeat after I realised that it would take me the better part of a decade (or two) to get to the end... ughh!
This is a really great book. I liked it so much that I even read the epilogue. I think you should all read it. It is amazing!
This was a fascinating book to read while our economic system is imploding. Interesting to get some historical perspective--many of the financial goings-on after the Revolutionary war reminded me of today! Greedy speculators, people manipulating the market, gaming the system... Loved the author's use of two points of view throughout the story. And a cracking good plot to boot.
