About 4 or 5 chapters in, I remembered that I had promised myself never to read another book in this series. The writing or language is awful. So cheesy and stupid. I haven't finished it yet, and am not sure when I will. But I do vow never to read another Kylie Kendall mystery, or at least until they are written better than the 4th grade level. A quick fast read, but still not a great or even good book.
Now this is a book that really made me smile. It is one that people will definitely want to read again. This woman must read a lot herself in order to know so much. It is, once again, one of those books that brought me in touch with that sentimental side I thought had abandoned me for good back in middle school. Not that I'm going to go out and buy the next Jodi Piccoult or Nicholas Sparks hardcover, but it was nice to find it once again. Wow, what a first novel.
This is a great book. I read it for school and I loved it.
