Lovely! Almost too short, I wanted this new fairy tale to go on! McKinley has a true gift for recreating the fantastic! I foresee re-reading this.
This was the best book I've read to date. I actually took a break from reading for about 3 weeks as I didn't want to spoil the experience by reading something less worthy.
