This book is great for fans of the classic movie and a wonderful light read. Since the movie screenplay was written by Goldman after writing the book, many parts are identical. I wish that I would have read the book before seeing the film. Fortunately, there are differences between the book and movie and the book goes into greater detail about the characters. There were several moments when I laughed out loud.
I may end up picking this back up at later date. As of now, I'm stalled at page 505. When a book isn't really captivating you, another 400+ pages may as well be a million. Boo...and I had such high hopes for this book too.
