An excellent book about a young disobediant boy, who is sent to bed without his supper as punishment. He escapes his sadness by creating a dream world of all things wild like him who crown them as their king, only to return to the warmth of his own reality where he knows he is loved. Wonderfully depicted, and a great read for any child, full of meaning and lesson. No matter how many times a child would wish to escape, a part of him/her would still want to return to the safety and warmth of a place called home. No matter how much anyone would want to run away reality catches up with you and all for the best, with something beautiful, even if is the promise of a hot supper, in store for you... :D
