This book is fantastic, the only thing is that there are so many characters and so much development, you might want to see the movie first so you can keep up. It absolutely portrays the feeling you crave while reading this book.
I love Hemingway's short stories better than his novels. I have read some of these stories many times. Particular favorites are "The short happy life of Francis Macomber" and "The Snows of Killamanjaro".
