Big chunky murder mystery with a child detective. Is she really Brett eastern ellis (have they ever been seen in the same room?)
I can see why this is considered a significant book. That does not mean I enjoyed it. In fact, I really had to push myself to not just toss it aside. It was mysogynistic and rather disturbing. I found the protagonist's rationalizations thought provoking, but by part 2 and the development of the narrative rationalizations, I was disturbed.
