I read this a *long* time ago and reread it every couple of years. The replay concept is a terrific example of "be careful what you wish for", not that the protagonist wishes for it. But who hasn't thought to themselves, "I wish I could go back and do it differently"? It's possible that this book could have been done better, but it's hard to see how.
