Motivating read, good book
Wow! This book is incredible. I do not give 5 stars often but I give The Kite Runner 5 stars with no qualms. It is written in first person which is not my favorite perspective but this book is written so well that I had no problem with it. I love books that have a great story and is educational/informative. I would call this a historic fiction but I don't know for sure if it is fiction and it is based on the 70's, 80's, 90' and the 2000's. Would that be considered historic? I must warn there is some language (not too much, less than 10 swear words through out the whole book but it is in there) and the hardest thing to take is a very very very violent act against someone very tender and good. I chose to skip that part. Although it has a peaceful ending it is filled with tragedy. I enjoyed this almost as much as I enjoyed "The book Thief."
