this was a good book aimed at women over 50. It was interesting reading how female friendships formed and the inner workings. I was a bit disappointed as all of the women either were widowed or divorced. One of the women had her marriage end during the book. What about those of us who are able to keep our marriages intact..it would be interesting to find a book about women and how we age and keep both a marriage and female friendships
