I think this is a soul-saver, but I guess it may be too dry? or idealistic? for people, maybe. It's pretty un-sexy, or isn't gussied up at all. This is probably a really shitty statement, but it almost sounds like someone with Asperger's is speaking to you. Like The Perks of Being a Wallflower but the narrator is an older man. I should never write book reviews. This is not as hippy-dippy as many people seem to think it is. Or maybe it is. Makes me want to go on a cross-country motorcycle trip too. Or just pay more attention to the details in life, the way it works, what makes it beautiful.
