Seems a little dull in the beginning. But a wonderful ending to the trilogy. Leaves you with complete closure. Characters at time appear to be frustrating when you see them repeating the same mistakes over and over again through out the series, but the growth of characters makes the frustration worth while.
Still readable and entertaining but by this point in the series the story has really lost it's edge. Seems like these were just an excuse to have the main character fight thousands of plucky bad guys. The internal struggle that drove the other books seems gone.
You probably don't want to read this if you're squemish. This is a book on the various uses of corpses in criminal, medical and other types of studies. Its detailed and interesting and manages to remain respectful of the dead while having a sense of humour.
