This books is about learning how to love reading again after someone (such as an English teacher) ruins it for you by making it more work than it is worth. He talks about getting back into serious reading when you're accustomed to scanning blogposts and reading blips on Facebook and Twitter. A very timely conversation! I read the book though in two days, albeit two or three pages at a time as I have young children who very often interrupt.
wonderfully hilarious book on being a woman and growing up and growing old.
Increible historia que une la edad media con un futuro no muy lejano de nuestra epoca, y la actualidad. En el fondo es como decir que nuestra imaginación no tiene limites y que la unica forma de volar que existe es con la mente!!
Really fast, inspiring read about low-budget, long-term world travel. Kinda makes me want to leave for a long trip tomorrow! Great insights about finding your motivation for traveling, safety on the road, and ways to approach long-term travel. Highly recommended!
Wow, Evan Delaney's life goes from one tension filled drama to the next. From a funeral service to a religious revival, a book signing, a near kidnapping, getting arrested, a wasp attack, facing down a rabid dog, and that was just the first 150 pages. This book was one wild ride.
