Another must read. I love Mitch Albom!!!!!!!! It would be great if this were really what we experience in the afterlife...........who knows?

I'd say read this either mid-way through your first year or after; otherwise, it may freak you out. My experience with law school was fairly pleasant, especially compared to what Turow describes.

Like most people, this book was not as easy to get into as the first book in this series. I was very disappointed in the lack of strength of Bella's character when Edward left. I believe Meyer was trying to convey how much Bella loved Edward, but it just seemed like co-dependence borderlining on emotional abuse. The book evolved into a better read toward the end, but it was still not as good as the first.

This is the final book in the trilogy - the series is truly an epic. When I read it, I was totally lost in the story.

Joe Torre managed the Yankees and George Steinbrenner for 12 years and this book chronicles those years. It's a great story about how the Yanks were on top of the baseball world, but because of new dynamics in baseball the other teams, most notably the Red Sox caught up to them. The Yanks won four world series' with him and made the playoffs every year he was the manager. But, in the end he was shown the door. Whether you are a Yankee fan or a baseball fan, this book is a great read.
