oh. my. god. at first i was credulous about the whole "death as narrator" aspect, but as i fell into this book, it makes perfect sense and turned into a fantastic book. i am compelled to read all of zusak's books in hopes that this was not a fluke. AMAZING! HEART WRENCHING!! a BEAUTIFUL book!!
