Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman is one of my favorite books I have had the pleasure of reading. It has wonderful imagery, great plot, excellent scenes of action and drama, and most importantly. It has perfect character development. I absolutely loved the characters created by Neil Gaiman in this novel! The main characters vary from everyday normal people, crazy deranged assassains, and even royalty. But that's not all, each character is so unique and different. You can almost reach out and touch them, the author makes them that real with his words. The plot revolves around an everyday normal guy who is in a boring job and has just lost his lover. He ends up lost in the dark strange underworld of London. This place has many strange and bizarre people and creatures that he will get the fortune (and misfortune) to meet. Some will befriend him, some will help him, and some may even try to kill him. Over time he will overcome some of the greatest obstacles he will ever face in his entire life, but you will have to read to find out! A must read for lovers of Fantasy, or fans of Neil Gaiman, or just for fans of good reading. Keep reading! Sincerely, Brett Gall P.S.
