I read some stupid books, but this one was ridiculous. I can't believe it's been on the NY Times Best Seller's List. Basic rundown-new "creature" is discovered frozen into a block of ice in the Arctic Circle. Lots of scientists trying to figure out what it is, etc. Then it comes to life and they provide some crazy explanation to how this could happen. Even for a science freak such as me, this was just too much. Will say no more, don't want to give away the ending.
