You may hear the words serial killer many times before, but how many times have you heard of, a serial kisser? It's certainly my first time. In this story, Evangeline, the protagonist, was inspired by a book, name "The Crimson Kiss", to find a crimson kisser. So she goes around her high school, looking for the perfect lips to lock with. Unfortunately, instead of finding someone who can give a crimson kiss, she came upon guys who gives sloppy, breath-stinking kisses and (Uh-Oh!)an ear licker. My friend Susan recommended me to read this book. When she's reading it, I hear her laughing and I found that weird.I wonder what could possibly be so funny. Well, I didn't know until I start reading it. This book taught me a lot of things, including not to kiss anyone(on the lip), unless he's someone I truly love.

As other reviewers have said, I really wanted to like this book. Banks uses a tremendous amount of detail to describe, ultimately, very little. I found it hard to visualize most of what he was crafting. Despite putting it down several times, I read it through and was left marveling at the completely inadequate finish. I'll likely pick another of his works, but it'll be the last if its similar to 'Matter'.
