Really enjoyed most of this, but the ending was overly dramatic and didn't fit with the intelligence of the rest of the book. Also, the section where the main character was carrying out a scheme that the reader was unaware of was annoying. It didn't fit with the structure of the narration and seemed like a cheap ploy for added suspense.
