Book #11 of 2009 I'm rather ambivalent about this novel. I'm not sure I liked the way that it was written, back and forth between first person and third person. The story never seemed to stay with one person long enough to get a good flow going. Plus, I totally had the ending figured out at least 2/3 of the way into the book, maybe longer. Also, for all of the pyschology, there wasn't really any change in the characters, the plot was more about action. I don't think I have a strong desire to read any more of the Dr. Morgan Snow novels. Borrowed from the Library.
I love the back story of this book...a clock and its history through time and the people it touches. I also liked the historical portion of it. I, however, did not really find the current day romance very believable. There wasn't a lot of depth to the characters.
