My favorite book of all time...truly ! A through-the-night read. Powerful, beautiful, poignant; can't think of enough of the right words to do it justice. Unlikely heroes and locales, miracles in the barnyard, redemption, fierce familial love and faith, ultimate sacrifice, oh, yes, and a visionary in the form of an eccentric little girl (please, not another Dakota Fanning vehicle in the film version).

الكتاب رائع بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة تشعر وأنت تقرأ الكتاب أنك أسعد إنسان في العالم هذا عندما تطبق كل نقطة جاء بها الكتاب بمجرد قراءة الكتاب شعرت بالتغيير في شخصيتي اكتشفت شخصيات مرغوب بها أطبقها وشخصيات أخرى أرغب بتغييرها للوصول إلى الأفضل كما انني اكتشفت جوانب رائعة ومميزة من شخصيات صديقاتي أحببت الكتاب.. وأشعر أنه رائع وقيم لكل من يريد التغيير للأفضل احتوى الكتاب على مجموعة من القصص المحفزة فجعله أكثر متعة.. ووددت لو أنه أطال في شرح بعض النقاط وقد ذكر الكاتب حفظه الله أن هناك جزء ثاني سأبحث عنه لكي أستمتع بالقراءة لكن بشكل عام هو مميز ورائع.. وهو من الكتب التي لاقت استحساني حيث أشعر أنها تخاطب القارئ ببساطة وأعتقد أن الكاتب استطاع أن يدخل لقلوب القارئين

There is just so much to like about this book. It all begins with the language, which is simply beautiful and haunting, but it all ends with the equally haunting and beautiful characters. Perhaps what I like most about this book is that even though it is told from the perspective of three distinct characters - three male members of the Compson family - it is the character who is the object of their discourse, Caddy, who jumps off the page the most. She blows me away every time i read this book.
